The following is an email received from a client that used Lake Capital Group Appraisals to appraise a property he had listed that was not moving.

Rodney - I'm closing on 1102 Smoke House Drive in a couple weeks; thanks for your help. You knew what you were talking about & your appraisal/advice helped me get the house moved quickly. On another note, I need another appraisal done for another property of mine. The address I need appraised is 532 New Bern Station Court, Charlotte, NC 28209. I'm finishing up a few upgrades this weekend so if we could schedule an appraisal for next week that would probably be perfect. Let me know what your schedule is. And I assume you'll do this appraisal for the same price, correct?
