To provide my clients with professional USPAP compliant quality appraisals. We provide high quality reports that do not require additional explanations.
My appraisal career started in Southern California covering L.A., Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino, and San Diego Counties. I joined Miller Appraisal Group after moving to NC in 2005. While subcontracting for Miller Appraisal Group I provided appraisal services in Mecklenburg and the surrounding counties.
In May of 2006 Lake Capital Group Appraisals was established to provide exceptional service to Mecklenburg, Iredell, Gaston, Cabarrus, Union and Lincoln counties. We provide service to York county SC. We use WinTotal software and have the ability to convert to ACI if needed. We utilize the latest technology with an Alamode x-site for online ordering and report delivery. In the field you can count on professional courteous service and an accurate measure with the Leica Disto Laser Meter.
In 2002, I completed the Real Estate Appraisal program at Cal State University Fullerton. I’ve expanded my education by attending the Allen Tate School of Real Estate in 2006 and obtaining a Brokers License. I’ve attended several CE courses including FHA Basics for Appraisers, FHA/VA Appraiser: Thriving and Surviving, and JVI's Appraising Residential REO Properties.
